We don't store your letter on our servers
We don't store your letter on our servers, and it's never used to train AI. To analyze it, it's sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) under an agreement that doesn't use your data for training. As with any online service, transient processing by our infrastructure providers may briefly occur.
What we do save
Only your email address - and only if you choose to have your appeal letter emailed to you. We also record anonymous yes/no feedback (e.g., "was this helpful?") with no personal information attached.
How we use your email
To send the appeal letter you requested and occasional product updates. No spam, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
No tracking in your letter
No accounts, no profiles, no advertising or tracking pixels embedded in your content.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand overall traffic. These never capture your letter content.
Not legal advice
Denial Decoder provides general information and document-drafting help only. It is not legal, medical, or insurance advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
